Winter Concert and Fair

Tuesday, December 19 | Concert at 2pm | Fair at 3:15-5:00pm — in the gym

It’s been a few years since we’ve been together for a Winter Fair, but this is the year we’re bringing it back! This celebration is full of sweet Waldorf traditions, special crafts to mark the solstice, AND it’s also a fundraiser to support our school! Parents and caregivers of da Vinci students, here’s what you need to know:

This Fair is a Fundraiser!
Suggested donation for entrance is $20/family.

Your entrance donation will get you tickets enough for 2-3 activities + snack + drink for each child, a snack + drink for each adult PLUS 1 raffle ticket for your family.

***Save time! Purchase your entrance in advance using Cash Online!  Advance entrance can be purchased up until Sunday, December 17 end of day!

At the fair, we’ll be cash only.

Buy more tickets for more activities!

Extra tickets for snacks and activities — 1/$2, 3/$5, and 8/$10

With your initial entrance donation, every one will have enough to enjoy their time, but give more and you can do more!

There’s a raffle – bring cash for tickets!

Tickets will be 1/$2, 3/$5, and 8/$10

You’ll hear from your class reps — families from each class will be putting together some sweet gift baskets to raffle off. Bring cash and be generous!

There’s a Fairy Market!

Every student will be invite to sign up to take a time in the fairy market. This activity is free and one of our favourite magical parts of the fair.

There’s a Trinket Table!

Students are welcome to bring their coins (dimes, quarters, loonies…) to shop at the trinket table. All funds go toward our school.

Cedar Class is Fundraising for The Scott Mission

We’re proud our students are getting ready to support those in need in our neighbourhood. Bring you cash for hot chocolate, treats and more prepared by Cedar Class.

LASTLY You can volunteer to help!
