The Winter Fair is Coming!

Well, Autumn is really here now. We really need volunteers to help make this year’s Winter Fair as wonderful as last year. Please contact Anne or Crystal to sign up.

Right now we could sure use some help making beautiful, little treasures for our Fairy Market. These are simple, little handmade items that the children ‘buy’ with a bag of Fairy Money. Some ideas from last year are Needle felted acorns, glittering pine cones, felt mice, etc. If you have a great idea let us know. Remember to keep it sweet and SIMPLE. We need to make a lot of treasures and we don’t want anyone feeling overwhelmed.

The Fair will be here before you know it. So please sign up now to help and let’s all enjoy a beautiful celebration of Winter and Da Vinci together.
Thank you!

Thanks for another fantastic winter fair

A huge thank you from the School Council Executive to the volunteers, and to all of the families at da Vinci, for everyone’s participation in the Winter Fair last week.  By all accounts, it seems to have been a very successful event, both as a community celebration, and as a fundraiser.

Our communications committee is working on getting photos up on the website. If you took any photos at the event, please forward them to Ian or one of the da Vinci teachers.
