Thursday May 30th 2024 – Bike Parade towards da Vinci & Lord Lansdowne Schools

The morning of Thursday May 30th 2024, with a focus on healthy and sustainable transportation that is as inclusive as possible, Bike / Scooter / Walk / Stroller / Skate to school! Go your own route OR join the parade from Harbord St. to da Vinci!
We’ll have a longer group bike ride starting from Dufferin Grove with a police escort along Harbord, then down Robert St. to da Vinci.
Participating students should be accompanied by a supervising parent/caregiver
Timeline
| 7:30am | Bike Parade starts at Dufferin Grove Park. Community officers will ride along and keep us safe! |
| 7:50am | Bike Parade arrives at Sussex Mews off Harbord, and the Parade of Wheels travels down Robert Street to school, goes through the playground and around the bike lane around the school yard. Then return your bike or scooter to your normal lockup area. |
Bike Parade Details
The parade will start out from the Playground at Dufferin Grove park at 7:30am and travel the 3.2km route along Dewson St., then along Harbord and then down Robert for the home stretch!
Join the parade anywhere along the route on whatever gets you to school!
NOTE: (There will be a larger bike-geared event on Wednesday June 19th with activities)
