At the Information Night parents asked whether students entering JK and interested in applying for da Vinci School had to have the Optional Attendance form signed by the Principal even though they were not yet registered with the TDSB and did not have a current TDSB school. The answer is, yes, the Optional Attendance form still needs to be signed by the Principal of the regular home school. All applications for da Vinci School need to include the application form (see the Registration tab at the top of this page to find the attachments) and the Optional Attendance form signed by the Principal (or designate) of the regular home school.
